Kick-start your energy levels with a 40-minute dynamic yoga session, suitable for all abilities. This invigorating practice will enhance your flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. 11:00: Journaling. Unleash your creativity and reflect on your thoughts in our 40-minute journaling workshop by the cosy log burner. Journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery and emotional release. 11:45: Free Time. Savour some time to relax and recharge, with access to light bites and a variety of teas. Use this time to unwind and connect with nature or fellow participants. 13:00: Lunch. Delight in a delicious two-course lunch, crafted with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Enjoy this time to socialise, journal, or read. 14:15: Yoga Nidra Experience. Experience deep relaxation with a peaceful Yoga Nidra session by the poolside. This guided meditation will help you de-stress and rejuvenate your mind and body. 14:45: Free Afternoon. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon at your own pace, taking advantage of the spa facilities and the tranquil surroundings. Whether you choose to meditate, read, or simply relax, this time is yours to unwind. 16:00: Afternoon Tea. Indulge in a delicious afternoon tea. 17:30: Depart.
