1km Run:Â Each round starts with a 1km run. Â
Functional Workout:Â After the run, athletes complete one of 8 functional fitness exercises.

Ski Erg:Â A rowing machine that simulates cross-country skiing for 1000m.
Sled Push:Â Pushing a weighted sled for 50m.
Sled Pull:Â Pulling a weighted sled for 50m.
Burpee Broad Jumps:Â Burpees followed by a broad jump for 80m.
Row:Â Traditional rowing on a rowing machine for 1000m.
Farmers Carry:Â Carrying 2 kettlebells for 200m.
Sandbag Lunges:Â Walking lunges while carrying a sandbag for 100m.
Wall Balls:Â Throwing a weighted ball against a target 100 times.
