Filling up your own cup isn’t selfish, it’s essential! ☕✨ Here are a few ways I like to prioritise self-care:
* Move my body: Walking, running, lifting weights and yoga.
* Mindful moments: Meditation, journaling, or simply taking deep breaths.
* Soul nourishment: Reading, and spending time in nature.
* Social connection: Quality time with good people and being part of a community.
